As an Ambassador it is SO crucial to your story to use the Products. Below are suggestions however remember God has made each of you unique and you may need to tweak a schedule to suit your own needs. Note*If using thyroid medications, space out your medication at least 3 hours from your Plexus products. A good rule of thumb if you're taking ANY medications, is to not take them at the same time you take any supplements.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN 1. Take your weight, measurements and a before photo! SO SO important to your story. (Download template on left if needed) 2. Get in the mindset...Plexus is a TOOL to get us healthy. When it starts working... Listen and act accordingly. You didn't get unhealthy and/or gain your weight overnight... it'll take some time to get things balanced again! Give the products time to work! First, there's a few things you need to take into consideration. These things WILL effect your progress & results:
Again, remember this is just a suggested regimen published by fellow Plexus Ambassadors. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING (or when you're ready- Slim can be taken any time of day): Mix Plexus Slim with 8-20 oz water and take WITH 2 Plexus X-Factor if you're using the X-Factor vitamins. If you're taking Fast Relief capsules or the Nerve Support capsules, take 2 capsules now. Plexus Slim: Mix one packet in water, shake and drink. It can be used any time of the day, but most people drink it in the morning. A second packet can be used but it's effectiveness goes down with each additional packet per day. X-Factor: Take 2 capsules when you drink your Slim to help your body utilize the Slim even better due to the aloe! One thing a lot of people are getting success with, is adding Plexus Slim IN their breakfast as a smoothie, with a packet of Plexus 96, a cup of COCONUT milk, and some fruit. We're getting reports of 3-5 pounds and 3-5" lost each week! AFTER BREAKFAST(all or mostly protein is best) take Accelerator or Boost (if you're able to take a product with caffeine). Boost and Accelerator+: Use only one or the other... NEVER both at the same time! The two products help you lose weight faster but in completely different ways and will react differently in different people. We suggest using Accelerator+ for a month to see how your body reacts to it. Start with one capsule after breakfast and if needed you can either take another one after lunch, or take a second one at the same time as the first. Most people either love it or hate it. If it works for your body, great! If it doesn't, then use the Boost the second month in the same way. Boost works best if you take it right before a workout or when you're going to be very active. If you're not able to use a caffeine product, use the X-Factor in it's place. ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE LUNCH: Take 1-2 BioCleanse with a full bottle of cold water. (You can also opt to take your BioCleanse at night before bed with yourProBio5. Try it both ways and see which way it works best for your body). BioCleanse: Start with one capsule until you see how your body reacts. If your bowel movements are normal, continue taking this dosage. If needed, add another capsule before dinner and another in the morning. If you begin having loose bowels, back off one capsule at a time until you find the right balance. Everyone is different so you'll need to experiment until you find the right number to take each day. Some people need as many as 6 a day; others only need 1. I find if I take my BioCleanse at night, I don't need to take as many. Find what works best for YOU. 30 MINUTES BEFORE LUNCH: Take 1-2 capsules of the Block if you're going to be having a meal that is high in carbs and/or sugars. The 30 minutes is important to give the capsules time to open up in your stomach to be able to absorb the starches. 3 HOURS AFTER LUNCH: Eat a snack. ALSO important because your body needs energy to actually burn the fat. Also remember to pump the water. HALF your body weight in ounces of water DAILY! OPTION: Some people also like to take a second Plexus Slim packet at this time of day to keep from evening snacking.. .it's not required, though, so do it only if you want to! TIP: Choose healthier snacks! Fresh fruits, unsalted almonds, raisins, tuna in water with a few Special K Snack Crackers, yogurt, and change this up from day to day. DON'T let your body get into a rut, always keep it guessing. Even switch from carbs to proteins every day, keep the body fresh & alert. Try keeping sugar to 25 grams or less per day. A great snack is the Plexus 96 with water and a few grapes or blueberries! ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE SUPPER: (remember, if you're taking your BioCleanse at night, you don't need to do it during the day). Take 1-2 more BioCleanse with a full bottle of cold water. See, it's important that you take the BioCleanse an hour before you eat BECAUSE it actually gives you energy and sends oxygen to your bloodstream so another awesome way to burn that fat from your meals. If you're taking Fast Relief capsules or Nerve Support capsules loading dose, take 2 now. The Fast Relief and Nerve Support capsules require a loading dose when taking them for the first time, to help them get into your system better. For the first 3 months, take 2 capsules, 3 times a day. After 3 months, you'll only need to take 2 capsules once a day. 30 MINUTES BEFORE DINNER: Take 1-2 capsules of the Block if you're going to be having a meal that is high in carbs and/or sugars. TIP: Change up the liquids you take WITH your meals. Try not to drink 'COLD' drinks or water with your meal. Instead, chase your meals with hot tea, hot lemonade, or room temp water. They've now proven that when your body takes in COLD liquids with your food, it actually stiffens the grease & fats in the food and causes this grudge to line the sides of your organs, esophagus, stomach & intestines. YUCK! Right??? Just like a kitchen sink drain with years of nasty build up. BEFORE BED: Probio5 works best at bedtime, when your body is at rest, with no intake of foods & liquids. If you're taking Fast Relief capsules or Nerve Support capsules loading dose, take 2 now. And if you opt to take your BioCleanse at night instead of during the day, take some now. ProBio5: Best taken at night before bed on an empty stomach so that stomach acids don't kill off the probiotics before they have a chance to work! Start off with one capsule at night, then after a week add another capsule. Work up to 4 capsules at night until yeast is killed off, then take 2 capsules each night for maintenance. TRY this for 30 days and I bet you see a difference in those inches and number on the scales. Always, always, always remember that YOU GOT THIS! YES, it'll be worth it!
