How Do I Log In?
As a Plexus Ambassador, you will order your products in your "Back Office". To get to your Back Office, go to your website and click on the "Ambassador Login" link in the top right-hand corner. A page with two login boxes will appear. Enter your Ambassador Number and Password. You will then see your "Dashboard". This will display company announcements, as well as Customer Service contact information. If you forget what your Plexus website is, simply type in "www.plexusslim.com/yourambassadornumber" For example, mine would be www.plexusslim.com/363909. When you do that, your Plexus website will automatically come up on the browser and you can see the URL for it :) If you can't remember your ID number either, simply ask your sponsor or me to look it up for you. |

What is PV?
PV, or Personal Volume, is all the sales volume you produce from your website in a month. The company only requires you to have 100PV per month to receive commissions and bonuses, and most of the time the product that you yourself are using will fulfill this. But the company included another way for you to fulfill your 100PV each month- any orders that come through your website by your retail and/or preferred customers counts toward your monthly PV!
Remember- each month starts over on the first of the month.

How to Check your Current PV
To find out your current PV status, place your cursor over the Reports tab, then place your cursor over Qualifications. This page will show you if you are commission-qualified and what your current PV amount is for your website.
Your Backup Order will not ship if you have at least 100PV in sales from your website for the month, whether you order wholesale from your Back Office, or your customers order retail or preferred from your website. If it is getting close to your ship date and you don't have the 100PV minimum but only need, for example, 20PV, just place an order for a 7-day Challenge or a bottle of ProBio5 to keep your Backup Order from shipping, and to stay commission-qualified.

What is Autoqualification?
Your Autoqualification (or Backup Order) is the way the company ensures that you are qualified to receive a check. With your Backup Order in place, the computer knows that you are commission-qualified to receive a check. No Backup Order set means you won't receive a check and your money will roll-up to the next qualified ambassador in your upline!!!
To set up your Backup Order, click on the Shopping tab, then on the Backup Order, then click on the box that says Create New Autoqualification Order. There are several pre-packaged ones to choose from, or you can create your own. If you create your own, make sure it's a MINIMUM of 100PV (not dollars) or it won't qualify.
You can change the default date that your Backup Order is shipped, from the default 25th of the month, to any date you choose. Go to your Back Office, click on the Shopping tab and then the Backup Order. Click the Edit button, then click Continue. Change the date then change Conditional to Yes (which means you don't want it to ship if you have 100PV in orders by the ship date) then click Continue. Click on Update and you're now in business!
If you need to turn it off one month, simply click on the edit button and delete it. You can reset it next month. Just be aware if your backup order is not set up, you WON'T receive a check if you earned one!
