Retail Sales and Commissions
ANYTHING sold from your website, whether you buy it in the Back Office at wholesale, a retail customer goes to your website and orders it retail, or a preferred customer orders and gets the order auto-shipped every month, earns you commissions after the first 100 PV. Everyone is required to do that 100 PV to be qualified, so it's not counted. Sales from your website 100-499PV earns you 15% in commissions. When your sales go above 500PV for the month, you'll earn 25% back to the first 100. You don't have to stock inventory, take payments, or deliver product. ALL you had to do is share with people about the product, maybe give some testimonials, bring them to a meeting, or read the little New Customer Handbook, and they went to you website and ordered. Preferred Customers earn you an EXTRA bonus each month they make their order! Bonuses include: $15 for each bag of Plexus Slim, $18 for each Plexus Slim/Accelerator combo, etc.! PLUS you earn the PV commission on their order. Preferred Customers are VERY important for us! |
What does "qualified" mean?
A qualified ambassador is one who has their 100PV MINIMUM backup order in place AND a current (not expired) method of payment listed in their profile. If those two things aren't done, the ambassador is not "qualified" and you won't get credit for them. If YOU don't have a backup order in place and a current method of payment listed in your profile, YOU are not qualified and won't receive a check, no matter how many customers or ambassadors you have on your team!! That money will “roll-up” to the next ambassador above you, so ALWAYS make sure you have a method of payment and a backorder in place!!!
What is a pay point?
Each month, all the sales are put into the Ambassador Pool. 50% goes to the company to keep it running, and the other 50% is paid out to the ambassadors. The company takes 5% off the top for the Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond Pools, and the remaining 45% is divided among all the ambassadors in the company. If ALL ambassadors only made the minimum 100PV order each month, the pay points are guaranteed to never drop below $1.80. So… the more PV each ambassador has, the higher the pay points will go. The pay points have been as high as $5.00 each, but in the past year have averaged around $3.50 each. As your team grows and new ambassadors are added, you will earn more and more pay points each month to help you rank up.
Building a Team
After you have a few customers, then it's time to start building your team. What does that mean? When people join Plexus as an ambassador from your website, they are now part of your team on your first level and are your personally-enrolled ambassadors. Each ambassador on your first level counts as 5 pay points for you each month they make their 100PV minimum order. You also earn 5% commissions on all your first-level (personally-sponsored) ambassadors, after their first 100 PV. So if a level 1 ambassador has 800PV in a month, you would earn $35 in commissions from them (800-100=700 x .05 = 35). This commission goes up and up as you get more and more personally-enrolled ambassadors on your first level- that's why it's ALWAYS good to go as WIDE as possible!
If they don't make the minimum of 100PV from their website, you don't earn ANYTHING from them (and they won't be earning anything either), so if they're not going to make that minimum each month, it's better if they remain a customer.
When your new ambassador enrolls and purchases a Welcome Pack (which is completely optional but a great value), you will earn a Business-Building Bonus on the sale of the Welcome Pack. If they purchase a $99 Welcome Pack you will earn $25 (rounded off) and if they purchase a $199 Welcome Pack, you will earn $50 (rounded off). You earn this Bonus on the Friday of the following week they enrolled or purchased the Welcome Pack (they have 60 days from sign up to purchase it, so if it is done later, then you would receive the Bonus later). You also receive a bonus for each new ambassador down 4 levels below you, although it is a little smaller bonus for each level down. When your first level ambassadors enroll a new ambassador, those are your level 2 ambassadors and you earn 5 pay points from them as well. And when your level 2 ambassadors enroll a new ambassador, those are your level 3 ambassadors and you earn 5 pay points from them as well.
These are the 3 levels you really want to concentrate on when building your team. You want to go as wide as possible on your first level, and teach your level 1 ambassadors to do the same, and have them teach theirs the same thing, etc. There is no limit to how many ambassadors you can have on your first level, and the more that you have, the more you're going to earn down the road!
The only real strategy in building your team is put all your personally-enrolled ambassadors on your first level, UNLESS your spouse enrolls and then you help them put ambassadors on their first level. NEVER place a new ambassador anywhere else but your first level or your spouse's first level!
As you earn more pay points and personally-enrolled ambassadors (level 1's), you can advance in "rank" in the company. When you have 1 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassador and have your Backup Order turned on, you are an "Ambassador" and get paid on 1 level.

Ranks:
Senior Ambassador: When you have 2 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you are a "Senior Ambassador" and get paid on levels 1-3. That means if your level 1 ambassadors begin enrolling others, you will still get paid on the levels below you. If you enroll only 1 ambassador, and that ambassador enrolls others, who enroll others, and a huge team starts building under you, you will ONLY get paid on that 1 ambassador until you have 2 or more ambassadors on your first level!
"RANK UP" FOR MORE MONEY!
Silver Ambassador: When you have 3 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you reach the rank of "Silver Ambassador". Many people reach Silver rank their first month in the company, and it's what you should really do if you are serious about building a business. You will receive a $100 Bonus when you reach this rank and you will get paid on levels 1-5.
Gold Ambassador: When you have 100 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 15 of those pay points outside of your "primary" leg) and have at least 3 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Gold Ambassador" and get a $250 Bonus and get paid on levels 1-5. If you are able to do this within your first 30 days of signup, you are a "Fast Start Gold Ambassador" and your Silver and Gold Bonuses aredoubled (that's $700)!! Basically, a minimum of 20 qualified ambassadors on your levels 1-3 will give you 100 pay points, since all of those count as 5 points each. You can have many than that on your lower levels, but they count fewer points: Level 4 counts 4 pay points, level 5=3 points, level 6=2 points, level 7=1 point.
Senior Gold Ambassador: When you have 250 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 40 of those pay points outside your primary leg) and have at least 3 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Senior Gold Ambassador" and get a $350 Bonus and get paid on levels 1-6. If you are able to do this within your first 30 days, you will be a "Fast Start Senior Gold" and your Silver, Gold and Senior Gold Bonuses are doubled ($1400)!!
Ruby Ambassador: When you have 500 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 100 of those outside your primary leg) and have at least 4 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Ruby Ambassador" and get a $500 Bonus and get paid on levels 1-6. If you Fast Start, then you would get $2400 in Bonuses and would need a minimum of 100 qualified ambassadors on your levels 1-3.
Senior Ruby Ambassador: When you have 750 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 150 outside your primary leg) and have at least 5 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Senior Ruby Ambassador" and get a $750 Bonus and get paid on levels 1-7. If you Fast Start, then you would get $3900 in Bonuses and would need a minimum of 150 qualified ambassadors on your levels 1-3.
Emerald Ambassador: When you have 1500 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 375 outside your primary leg) and have at least 6 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Emerald Ambassador" and begin to share in the Emerald Pool, as well as participate in the Lexus Car Program, and get to go on the first-class, all-expenses paid trip to Maui in September each year!
Sapphire Ambassador: When you have 3000 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 750 outside your primary leg) and have at least 6 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Sapphire Ambassador" and continue to share in the Emerald Pool, but now you are also added to the Sapphire Pool (which is another 1%), as well as continue to participate in the Lexus Car Program, and get to go on the first-class, all-expenses paid trip to Maui in September each year!
Diamond Ambassador: When you have 4500 pay points on your team in 1 calendar month (with at least 1125 outside your primary leg) and have at least 7 personally-enrolled, qualified ambassadors, you advance to "Diamond Ambassador" and continue to share in the Emerald Pool and Sapphire Pools, but now you are also added to the Diamond Pool (which is another 1%). So as a Diamond, you are getting 5% off the top of the Ambassador Pool EVERY month! As a Diamond, you also qualify to get a nicer, black Lexus and the company will pay $1000 each month for your payment or lease, and you can choose between an IS 250C, a LS 460 or a GX 460! PLUS you get to go on the first-class, all-expenses paid trip to Maui in September each year!
When do I get paid?
Business Building Bonuses on Welcome Packs are paid out on the Friday following the week the new ambassador purchased their Welcome Pack. As your team grows, you may begin receiving a paycheck every Friday! All other commissions, preferred bonuses, pay points, advancement bonuses and pools are paid out on the 15th of the following month. For example, all of February's pay (except for Business Building Bonuses) are paid out on March 15. So as your team grows you may be receiving 5 pay checks each month! |
What is the "Lexus Car Program"?
When your reach Emerald, you can opt to join the Lexus Car Program and choose a Lexus car in the program and the company will pay you $500 for your car payment or lease each month you qualify as an Emerald (you choose whether to lease or own). Qualifying Emerald/Sapphire Lexus Options (all white) are ES 350, GS 350 or RX 350. |

Remember when we talked about the Ambassador Pool, and how 5% is taken off the top? Well, 3% of that 5% is split between all the Emeralds in the company and they get that EVERY month! |
